Onboarding journey - Pending worker password set-up link expiry

edited Sep 4, 2023 7:24PM in Journeys 3 comments

Summary:

When a pending worker account is created in HCM, an email with a link to set-up password is sent to the personal email address of the candidate. This is an one time password set-up link that will expire upon the user setting up a new password.

However for over 50% of our pending workers this password set-up link is already expired on the very first instance they click on it and takes them to the below error note. These user have clicked on the link between 6-36 hours after its been generated.

Content (required):

We are unable to spot any trend on whether this link is time sensitive or any other settings that make this link expire.

Howdy, Stranger!
