Project Manager viewing other Projects

Summary:

Hello,

  1. Is there a seeded role in Oracle that allows a Project Manager to view the Projects of his direct reports in the application as well as through reporting, or do we have to create a custom role?
  2. Also, is there a way we can grant a Director that is a not a Project Manager the ability to view all Capital Projects in the Corporation. Any other tips will be highly appreciated.
