LinkedIn import error HRT-975288

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with a user when they are trying to Import their LinkedIn Profile under Skills and Qualifications. When they click on Import LinkedIn Profile they receive the following error ""Your LinkedIn content can't be imported. Your session language doesn't match any of the languages your LinkedIn content is in (HRT-975288)".

We have already reviewed the document referring to this issue https://support.oracle.com/cloud/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=1a62dpcr1n_759&_afrLoop=452690558482205 but we still are not able to resolve the problem.

In the document it is stated that we need to change the primary language however on LinkedIn the only language that it is selected is English.
