How to replace a label of a Key Flexfield segment?

Segments were created via GL Rapid Implementation spreadsheet without any problem; however, during Procurement implementation, one of the segment labels was rejected because of its size (> 25 characters).

According to the Doc ID 2562523.1, all we need to do is remove the problematic label from the segment, create another one with fewer characters, and add it to the segment.

The problem is that the document does not show how a new label could be created, i.e. the exact path/navigation steps.
