I am using workforce trend real time to pull period start and end HC by calendar month (2019/2020); however, when I want to drill down to worker’s normal working hours, it’s not pulling correct HC for each of the normal working hour categories. I believe it’s putting the HC in their latest normal working hour category instead of what it was during that calendar month. any ideas on how to pull?
