Need to set DFF mandatory for specific account from COA

Summary:

End users select a particular account from COA like "Advance to Employee" we need to make DFF"Employee Number" mandatory with it when they select this account.

We have created a DFF for Employee Number in Journals lines. sometime users miss the employee code and its a big issue.

For another COA account no need

Can this thing be achieved from some functionality?
