Instructions Not Showing for question in Journeys

Hello Experts,


I've created questions and i added a Instructions so when an employee go to journey task to answer the questions list he/she should find the instructions there, however currently we can't see any instructions with the questions please find below screenshot:


Question Libaray Page: Instructions is showing in below photo

Journey Task Page: the employee can't see any instructions for the question

could you please help me in this process.
