Summary:

The tenancy is listed as active but I have no permission so see or do anything in it, not even delete it.

Content (required):

The problem started after I destroyed a stack created based on the entire compartment(In retrospect that was very dumb), I suspect that the only "fix" possible is for someone from support to delete the tenancy but I'm on the free tier so I can't use live chat.

Can the tenancy be deleted so that I can recreate it?
