MAPE is not calculating as expected by standard MAPE measure

Hello Team,


We have a client requirement to calculate the MAPE based on shipments history in cloud demand planning.

I'm using the standard shipments forecast MAPE measure to validate the MAPE. But, when I validate the MAPE calculation I see cloud DM is showing incorrect MAPE.

Formula that I used to validate is (Final Shipments History - Final Shipments Forecast)/(Final Shipments Forecast).

I dont see any MAPE value is matching to this formula. Can you please let me know how system is calculating the standard shipments forecast MAPE measure ?
