We have currently set up a DCS portal using the 21D template for Optimzation route.

New users using the Sign up form are able to access the portal fine, however we have found those that are also B2B users are unable to sign in, their accounts are synced to IDCS still. Error code is 'User configuration error'.

My question being, is there any extra necessary steps to configure to enable this, or should this be OOTB behaviour?:


The current sign-in form uses the IDCS endpoint and we have the IDP policy in place for IDCS log in only, is the OOTB endpoint setup correct to allow those with a B2B account access? We have tested with multiple different Authentication methods however keep recieving the same error.
