Dynamic Number Scaling in Reports

Summary: Is it possible to dynamically scale the numbers on a report based upon a user prompt or some other method?

Content (required): My client have needs to scale their financials differently for the same report depending on the level they are aggregating to and would like to be able to toggle between whole dollars, thousands and millions. Is there a feature in EPRCS that would enable this capability without coding multiple identical reports with different scaling effects?

One option that I am thinking about would be to configure a form to drive the scaling and then have conditional formatting drive the scaling but if there is something offered by the product directly that would be ideal
