Summary:

If the value of purchase is less than SAR 10000, it will not attract CQA (Comparative Quote Analysis). If the value is more than SAR 10000, a Comparative Quote Analysis from multiple vendors, will need to be performed as per Procurement Policy, in order to issue a Purchase Order to preferred vendor.
