Conflicting Job Roles

We have a few custom roles defined using the standard subscription specialist role and some of them when combined together conflict with user access.

The ask here is to find the root cause of these conflicting custom roles? Are there any standard OTBI/BI reports which provide inherited level Job, Duty, and Abstract roles with Data security policies associated?
