How to add two quotas on territory level?

Summary of the question:

The customer has the requirement to have two quotas on the territory level. How can we realize this?

From what I see I can only add one quota on the territory level.

There are multiple products but there is a product called Revenue and a product called Inflow.

The Inflow is the case amount e.g. €10.000 and the Revenue is a percentage of that Inflow e.g. €2.000. So under an opportunity there are those two products and for those two products we want to have separate quotas on territory level. We don't want to use just one quoto for the whole territory.
