Access and notifications depending on the effective start date of the employee
Hello everyone,
I have some inquiries about the Onboarding and I would like some clarifications.
1) The pending worker is initially assigned to the Pre-Onboarding checklist of the Journey after the Action of Add pending worker, he receives the email that the journey has started and has access to the Journey. Later on, the second checklist that he is assigned is after he becomes an employee and it is triggered by the Hire Action (e.g through quick convert). Is there a way to apply a delay on the notification email of the second checklist, in order to match the effective start date of the employee and not get triggered by the quick convert action?
