    Checklists not being triggered when loading pending worker

    Summary:

    Enterprise Onboarding checklists are not being triggered/sent to new pending worker

    Content (required):

    We have been using a spreadsheet loader to create new pending workers. We have an Enterprise Onboarding checklist that should send to any new pending worker we create, the trigger is set up as "Add Pending Worker" and I have tried both allocation criteria options. There are no eligibility profiles associated with this checklist. We are not using Journeys.

    Is there some setting on either the Spreadsheet Loader or the Checklist Template that I need to add in order to make this work correctly?
