How is Absence Days metric is calculated?

Hi,

We would like to understand how Absence Days measure is calculated. It gives different results (one correct and the other is not) I don't know what the issue is.

Content (required):

We are using Workforce Management - Absence Calendar Details Real time subject area. We have two absence types based on two difference legislation, legal entity etc. In both cases, UOM is hours and standard work schedule is 8 hours elapsed.

If i book 2 hours on Absence Type 1, then the Absence days is correctly calculated as 0.25

If i book 2 hours on Absence Type 2, then absence days is calculated incorrectly calculated 1 days
