OCI Instance not accessible - Unable to reset root password - iptables Ubuntu

Summary:

For some stupid reason I decided to reset my iptables in my OCI Free Tier Cloud (Ubuntu 22.04). And as such am now 100% unable to SSH to the server. I have tried the Console Connection via Cloud Shell - but am challenged by a password for the root account (ubuntu). I have absolutely no idea what that password is or how to reset it. Can some kind soul please offer some suggestion? I am desperate.
