How to configure ORC to make sure that requisitions respect position hierarchy for defaulting LM?
Summary: At present Hiring manager is defaulted as line manager when an employee is hired via ORC, how can we change this behavior for the default line manager to flow based on the position hierarchy, i.e., incumbent of the parent position should be selected as line manager while candidate is moved to HR as pending worker and subsequently to employee.
