Custom Recruiting Security Role

Hello Experts,

We've Two teams of recruiters (e.g. Team A[Responsible for the process for New Candidates until they Reach selected for the position] & team B [Responsible for candidates after they pass an interview or after being selected for the position ]).

Since we've two teams we'd like to create two security roles Role-1 for Team A so they could see all candidates (e.g. 10 Candidates) and move them through CSP when Team A moves(6 out of 10) to be selected for the position, therefore, since there are (6 out of 10) reach selected for the position. here we want to create Role-2
