Unable to update "note to buyer" via REST API

Summary:

Unable to update the 3 fields via REST API, but the oracle document shows it as a example.

Content (required):

When I create or update PR with REST API, below 3 fields are not available.

NoteToBuyer,NoteToReceiver,NoteToSupplier

But there is not any comments in oracle document.

Even in the Update PR line payload example, they are available fields to be updated as a sample.

How to create or update these 3 fields in REST API.
