Eligibility handling(design) feasibility for a Workforce Compensation Plan

Summary:

Eligibility Criteria shared by the client:-

This is a quarterly bonus plan.

Bonuses are paid based on where employee has worked majority of the quarter(lets say in job A-restaurant A).Based on the time frame the employee should be eligible for that specific job for the compensation plan. An employee can have multiple job changes in a quarter.

If employee are eligible for bonus and worked in more than 1 restaurant during the quarter, bonus will be based on performance of the restaurant where they worked majority of the time in the quarter.

We have manager bonus & general manager bonus .If they get promoted to General Manager in the quarter, employee will receive GM bonus if employee was in that job for more than 50% of the quarter.
