Need Bank Statement Transaction Creation Rules - for all records in the bank statement
Our client has many Bank accounts that do not have AR/AP association and their bank statements do not have significant volume of data and currently they are imported using spreadsheet as there are no BAi2 files. The requirement is to build two Bank Statement Transaction Creation Rules - Rule1 for the combination of specific transaction code and Additional Entry Information like '%BANK CHARGES%', create external transactions and account as bank charges (offset account) and
Rule2 rest of the bank statement records should be just created as External transactions (common offset account). We have tested the process to move all the bank statement records as External transactions by setting up a Bank Statement Transaction Creation Rule. How do we handle some of the bank statement records as Bank Charges and the rest as just external transactions?
