Hiring Team Templates and Free Texting
We currently do not have hiring team notification templates set up, recruiters are asking for information for the requisition or candidate name to be included in the message when it is sent out. I understand this can be done with templates, but is there a way to add this to ONLY the title/subject of the message, then allow for free text within the message?
asking due to the req ID/title or the applicant's name and req are not indicated in the blank messages. So when the message is received via email it is not indicated (unless spelled out in the message) who/what it is regards to. So a lot of searching and extra unneeded communication is now being done to figure out which it is
