How is the use the 'At Least' and 'At Most' Job Level for Absolute and All Approvers as Utilized Par

Summary:

Hello, We are trying to setup BPM Rules for Requisition Approval.

We want system to send the Approvals to All Approvers within the 'At Least' and 'At Most' Levels. System is picking all the approvers as if this condition does not matter.

Please take a look at the attached document and let me know if we are missing something or misunderstaing the intended functionality.

Essentially we want the system to only send approvals to the participants within the Job Levels 'At Least' and 'At Most'.

System is currently sending Approvals to all the levels and not honoring the 'At Least' Job Level
