I was following the OOTB guide and found that I was unable to move past the Network Data Part as our current Fusion Implementation Dev instance does not yet have any talent related business objects. When opening up a talent profile page, I'm only able to add attachments. There is no section for Degrees, Licenses etc. Hence I was getting an error when importing .dat files via HDL.
