Data is not populated in HWR_WLNS_POINTS_REPORT table

We have configured the Wellness activities and tasks and, employees have completed their tasks. After completion of the wellness activities, the reward points have been awarded to employees. However when we try to fetch the reward points data from the table HWR_WLNS_POINTS_REPORT, it does not contain any data.

Could anyone please help on how can we fetch the wellness reward points data ?
