Learning Specialist Role - cannot see tile in My Client Groups

Problem defining Learning Specialist role - cannot see in My Client Groups. I have copied the delivered role.

I am unable to see Learning within My Client Groups when I assign the Learning Specialist role to someone that just has the Employee role. If I assign with an HR Specialist/HR Analyst role they can see it. I see a similar thread from 4 years back. https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/68246/learn-specialist-role

Wondering if anyone has a similar issue and how they have resolved ?
