Is there a way to copy One Grid in Report A to Report B.

I have very length Grid in Report A.

Now I have another report need which is similar to the layout the rows/columns and formatting, So instead of recreating the entire Grid again, I want to reuse the same grid and make it local to Report B.

Since Referencing Grid A of Report A is not possible from Report B, What are the other options/ways we can do this?
