DMCA means I cannot use power actions on my server
I received a DMCA strike against my server and I want to be able to use it again and remove the file that was DMCA striked. However when I try to turn on the server, it says that it is disabled and to contact customer service. I am on the free tier of oracle cloud and therefore do not have access to the live chat. Can someone please help?
My server is a compute node - VM.Standard.A1.Flex
