How to Hide Ongoing Check box in the End date field of Recurring IC Plan

Summary:

Hello- For a specific Recurring Individual compensation plan, is there any way to Hide the On going check box and make a Blank End date as required. We don't want to give access to the User to select Ongoing for this Plan and want them to enter end date field as mandatory.
