Migration from Microsoft Outlook to Microsoft 365

We are planning to migrate from Microsoft Outlook to Microsoft 365 as Oracle is going to deprecate the current Outlook plugin.

Is there any way we can check how the new Microsoft 365 would be and how it works ?

Is there any way to test it with the single user or it should be done to the POD ?
