How do you enable a Balance Dimension for a Balance?

Summary:

We are trying to utilize existing balance dimensions that aren't delivered as "Valid" for a balance (various time dimensions, for example), but cannot find instructions on how to make the change.

I haven't been able to find instructions in docs.oracle.com, support.oracle.com, or Cloud Customer Connect that illustrate how to be able to update the Run Balance Status to "Valid" in the Balance Dimensions section of the Balance Definition page. I understand that once we update it, we will need to Generate Run Balances in order to initialize it for historical balances.
