Compensation Hierarchy to Split

Summary:

Here is a Business Scenario , which we would like to know if it is possible to achieve the same using a Comp hierarchy

A(HR Specialist)>>B(Head HR Specialist)>>(International HR Specialist)>>D(Country CEO)

1.Actors A,B & C will have employees of all countries let s' say US,UK & Canada.

Every Employee based in an International location has a Country CEO , which in this case is say CEO-US,CEO-UK & CEO-Canada.

Requirement is Upon submission of worksheet by Actor C , the worksheet must be routed to respective CEO's and they must have the view of the respective employees only.
