New user account password reset status

Is there a way to fetch the new user account details if the password was reset successfully or not?

As part of Onboarding process, user account will be generated for pending workers to complete pre-boarding activities before they join the organization. Is there any way to fetch details on if they could reset the password if they received the new user account email?
