Setup Notifcation in Nextgen HR HelpDesk
Summary:
In Nextgen HR HelpDesk, when a new request is raised and assigned to an agent, I want to send a Bell Notification to the Primary Contact of the HR Request.
To achieve this, I have created a Trigger using Groovey Script ( Application Composer --> HR Help Desk Request--> Server Script) as set def recipientPartyId = PrimaryContactPartyId . Refer below Script
