How to setup Welcome Emails for Rehires?

Summary:

We would like to set up Welcome Emails for Rehires similar to the one that the New Hires receive once their user account is created in the application. The notification template used is 'User Account Creation' for New Hires.

Is there a similar way to send a welcome email to the Rehires which includes their application login credentials?

A checklist task can be set up but it is a bit complex to include the user's username and account password. The checklist tasks can be accessed only after logging into the application and we need to provide the login details to the rehires as part of the welcome email.
