Setting up multiples for transfer order multiples for replenishment planning

For Replenishment planning we need to be able to set order multiples – so for example if we ship items to our own stores (which are various sub-inventories within the "Store" Inventory Organization) from our Warehouse (this warehouse is a separate inventory Organization) can we ensure that a replenishment transfer order which is generated will be a user defined fixed order multiple?
