Original Hire Date seems to be incorrect for some employees on a worksheet

We enabled the Original Hire Date and the [most recent] Hire Date seeded columns on the template. Noticed the Original Hire Date is not correct on worksheets for some rehires. In the screen shots the EE is a rehire

Anyone else has experienced this problem? Do I need to run any processes to have the Original Hire Date in sync

with Core HR?
