Extra-EU citizenship (Eligibility Criteria)

Hello,

During the requisition you cant ask sensitive information such as disability and and citizenship. This information can be added afterwards. As we know, the information that is used in the onboarding comes from the recruiting.

How can we manage this type of employee and define criteria without having citizenship as a standard field of recruiting?
