Exclusion of ATG/Franchisee (Eligibility Criteria for Checklist Allocation)

edited Sep 4, 2023 7:26PM in Journeys 1 comment

Hello,

We have some inquiries about the ATG/Franchisee that is not managed in the system. They are added as pending workers in the recruiting and the journey is allocated. How can we exclude this population from the recruiting and onboarding.

For example, if this person accepts the offer, he automatically gets the role of the pending worker, even though after some days he will be deleted and not have access to oracle.

Is it possible to create an eligibility criteria based on a custom field configured in the job requisition that will prevent he allocation of the Onboarding Journey?
