Summary:

With the switch to the Minimal template for the Careers Site, the "View All Jobs" button has been replaced on the splash screen with categories of jobs that are in extremely tiny font. Is there a way to bring back the button, or at least to increase the font?

The Minimal layout is an apt name for the template, as it's extremely barebones in what it offers. The header links are relegated to the hamburger menu in the top right, there's no way to use HTML coding because the HTML keywords are banned, and overall it looks so empty.
