Need to create FA Account Rule to use Dept assigned to Lease/Asset

Summary:

We need to understand how to create an Account Rule so that it uses the Department assigned to the Lease/Asset when running Calc Lease Expense (and Create Accounting). This is specific to the Lease Clearing journal line. Currently, it uses the default Department assigned to the Asset Category (I think).

Please see attachment that shows the Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set that we want to modify, the current Account Rule, and an example of the Department that is being used on the Lease Clearing journal line, and finally the Department we would like to appear on the Lease Clearing journal line.
