Need to load Pending Worker Data and also Convert to Employee through HDL

Need to load Pending Worker Data and also Convert to Employee through HDL

Content (required):

We have a requirement we need to load pending worker and also need to convert to Employee through HDL. Ex: Pending Worker start date as 01-Aug-2022 and End date as 31-Aug-2022. We need to load 01-Sep-2022 as Employee for the same Pending worker.

Pls share sample HDL file for my reference.
