Shipment line not getting picked

Hi

we have a shipment line which is currently at released to warehouse line status. The line is not getting pick confirmed and so the order cannot close. We are unsure why it cannot be pick confirmed.

Can someone please help me with some investigation steps i could perform to check why this may be happening? Also any context around how the pick/ship process works would be really appreciated for my own knowledge
