Why does cclink not work in production environment?

Summary:

We encode in our TETS environment using cclink and it works perfectly, however when we migrate to the PROD environment it does not work completely, in the first click the search result is zero (figure attached) and in the other clicks it occurs normally. Already using href we only have the reload experience

When the client makes the first clink in any category/sub-category the result of its search is zero and when executing in the same category/sub-category it continues with zero result. However, if you search in another category/subcategory, you get results. In the oracle documentation it is recommended to use cclink.
