Need access to add Service Request as top level object for Outlook

Summary:

We have a service team that would like to use the Outlook Integration in conjunction with the Service Request object. Essentially, as the service team member receives the email from the client, a Service Request is automatically generated in the system the rep can then access the service request while they take care of the client through outlook. We are just requesting that Service Request be able to be added to Navigator in Outlook integration
