How can I move configuration of Journeys from our test pod to our production pod?

Summary:

We have completed our setup and configuration of an onboarding journey and I was wondering if there is a way to move the entire thing from TEST to PRD without having to manually reconfigure PRD?

Content (required):

We will need to move over tasks, eligibility profiles and RTFs. Is there a way we can extract all of it and migrate it to PRD or do we have to have both of our environments up on a split screen and manually add each item one by one?
