I am lost access to my VM

I had one VM instance  in the always free tier. This VM used only always free resourses (Ubuntu with 1 Ampere processor and 6 GB RAM).

On month ago i received email from Oracle about my trial period expired. After expiration, my VM work fine until today.

Today I lost access to my VM.

When I go to intsance page I see message "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." or one time i saw message " or "Authorization failed or requested resource not found."
