Career site / Minimal template / General header links & footer links

Summary:

I am exploring the new possibilities of the minimal template to improve our external career site which is currently using the modern template ( my reference doc: Career Site Configuration Documentation Careers (oraclecloud.com),

I add header links & footer links in the General tab (as it is in our current site) but they do not appear either in the slash page or i the search page
